Take a break at Café Escape - Portsmouth's Carers Café
It can be difficult for carers and those who look after someone to get the support they need during normal working hours because of their role or commitments. That's why Portsmouth City Council has opened a new café for carers.
Café Escape is open on Saturdays in the Carers Centre, 117 Orchard Road, Southsea, PO4 0AD, from 10am until 2pm so why not pop in for a coffee. The café provides a welcome retreat for carers, somewhere they can relax, chat with other carers and get the support and advice they need.
